๐ Qualifications Required:
- B.Tech / Diploma / I.T.I
- Diploma in Repairing (Mandatory)
๐ ๏ธ Experience Required:
- Minimum 1โ2 years of experience in mobile phone PCBA repairing
- Must have handled glued and non-glued PCBA
- Preferably L4 level motherboard repair experience
๐ Key Skills & Technical Expertise:
- Proficient in repairing glued and non-glued motherboards
- Skilled in analyzing and troubleshooting critical motherboard issues
- Able to repair laminated boards
- Experience with BGA IC repairs
- Sound knowledge of basic electronic components
- Comfortable working with tools like Multimeter, CRO, DC Power Supply, and other advanced repair equipment
- Daily functional NG PCBA clearance
๐ฐ Salary Package:
โน20,000 โ โน38,000 CTC (based on experience and skills)
